Orders placed and has stock available in Gescan usually ship within 1-2 business days. Check the ‘product status’ as posted on the product information page for individual items.
Orders with products that need to be ordered from our Vendors can take between 3-5 weeks to be delivered. Vendor ordered products are non-refundable once the order is placed. If items are back-ordered, it may take anywhere from 3-5 weeks for the order to be fulfilled.
If you placed your order on Gecsan.com or through our Mobile App you will receive an email confirmation when it has been shipped, along with the tracking number and courier (if available).
