RETURN POLICY
•Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.
•Items must be in their original state and condition and in the original packaging.
•Special orders or otherwise for products fabricated and/or altered to accommodate customer are not returnable.
•Wire cuts are non returnable.
•Include any invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
•All returns are subject to approval. Once we have received your item(s) in our warehouse, our team will inspect/approve your return merchandize.
REFUNDS
•Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of returned item.
•It may take up to 3-5 business days from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund.
•A restocking fee may be deducted from your total refunded amount.
• Refunds are made to the original method of payment method. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
•Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect
•Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
•You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged, and at your option and cost, insured. Gescan.com is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGES
•We currently do not offer exchanges for online orders.
