Returns for any products purchased on Gescan.com must be completed within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Returns can be taken to any of our Gescan Branches or a return request can be initiated online here
Any returns must be shipped back to us in an unopened, unused condition.
If you are shipping the product to us, carefully package the item(s) and include the original packing slip and a copy of the RMA form. Gescan is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Gescan does not accept C.O.D.s.
Gescan does not accept returns on cut wire.
