Once we receive your package, we will proceed to an inspection to make sure the products condition authorizes a refund or a replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five to seven business days.
We will send you an email within three to five business days following the reception of your package. We will confirm the inspection results and the restocking fees. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
